   Regular practice at Junten dojo requires:

• Membership of an acknowledged aikido federation (AFA or other).
• Ownership of a running licence/insurance.

   Each practiser takes care to wear a clean keikogi, obi and hakama (according to his grade)
   brought in a sport bag.

   Everyone must wear zori (sandals) to keep the feet clean when walking from changing-room to dojo.

   Wooden weapons are: bokken (sword), jo (medium stick) and tanto (dagger).
